1. What ListPop is

ListPop is a guest-list and access-control platform for venues and events, operated by Bunnies Inc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at ali@bunniesinc.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ListPop for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the service (e.g. automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
• Upload malicious code or content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into ListPop (guest lists, event details, etc.). We do not claim any rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it.

5. Guest data responsibility

If you add guests to a list, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store their information (e.g. their name). We provide the tool — how you use it within your venue or event is your responsibility.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep ListPop running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for damages resulting from downtime.

7. Pricing & payments

Some features of ListPop may require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website and within the app. We will notify you of any pricing changes before they take effect. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of liability

ListPop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunnies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of ListPop after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bunnies Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
